Terms of Use

Lawful Use

You must use the website and products lawfully and for their intended purposes. You must not attempt to disrupt a service, bypass safeguards, gain unauthorized access, or use content or functionality in a way that harms AI Operations, users, or others.

Intellectual Property

All rights in the website, products, AI Operations identity, logos, visual assets, software, and published materials remain with their respective rights holders. They may not be copied, reused, modified, or distributed except as permitted by law or under appropriate authorization.

External Services and Links

The website or a product may rely on external services, stores, or links. Those providers are governed by their own terms and policies, and their interruption or modification may affect certain features.

Purpose and License

Mwatrk provides tools for organizing vehicle information, maintenance records, reminders, backups, and recall information. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive right to use the app under these Terms and the policies of the store from which you obtained it.

User Data and Backups

Mwatrk stores vehicle and maintenance data locally and does not currently provide an account or cloud synchronization for that data. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, maintaining appropriate backups of important data, and protecting files you export or share.

Removing the app, losing or damaging a device, or using the deletion action may cause loss of local data that has not been backed up. We cannot recover data that was not stored by AI Operations.

Maintenance and Recall Information

Information and reminders help organize vehicle maintenance, but they are not a technical diagnosis, a guarantee of vehicle condition, or a substitute for manufacturer instructions or inspection and maintenance by a qualified provider.

Recall information may change, be delayed, or depend on details that the app cannot verify locally. You should consult the official source or authorized dealer and verify using the VIN when appropriate, particularly before making a safety-related decision.

Reminders and Notifications

Reminders depend on device settings, notification permissions, and operating-system behavior. Notifications may be delayed or may not appear. You remain responsible for monitoring maintenance schedules and safety requirements.

Import and Export

You should review data before confirming an import and protect files exported or saved outside the app. Files modified or created by other services may not be compatible with Mwatrk.

Free and Premium

The Free plan allows one current managed vehicle with core functionality and may display a non-personalized ad. Premium allows up to ten current managed vehicles and removes ads while the entitlement remains active.

When subscriptions are available, prices and billing periods are displayed using App Store or Google Play information, and the store price controls if there is a difference. Subscriptions recur and may renew automatically under store settings. Purchases, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are managed through the store, and refund requests are subject to store policies.

Restore Purchases is available subject to store and entitlement capabilities. Because Mwatrk does not provide an account, entitlement continuity between iOS and Android or between different store accounts is not guaranteed beyond what Apple, Google, and the entitlement service support.

When Premium expiry is confirmed, the app does not delete vehicles or records. One vehicle remains manageable under the Free plan, while additional vehicles become read-only until entitlement returns. Their data remains viewable and exportable.

Advertising

The Free plan may display an ad from Google AdMob in approved locations within the app. Advertising does not represent an endorsement by AI Operations of the advertiser or advertised product. Opening an ad or interacting with an advertiser is governed by the advertiser’s terms and policies.

Privacy

Data handling is governed by the Privacy Policy, including local storage, advertising, subscriptions, deletion, and privacy requests.
